Update: Service has been restored as of 9 June 2015, with both the API and Explorer back online. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this downtime.

On Sunday 7 June our Open PHACTS & API hosting environment suffered a major hardware fault. As a result the Open PHACTS API and Explorer are currently unavailable.

A replacement component has been ordered and is expected to be delivered today, but we do not have accurate timings on returning all services.

We will provide updates every 4 hours as we work to fix this fault; please check our Support Portal for the most recent information.
